This issue will be used to track the progress for supporting new features in the interface of cmdstan 2.26 (set to be released end of January):

allow seed = 0

runtime selection of OpenCL device (
opencl platform=0 device=0) for all algorithms -
add tests to see that warnings for deprecated language features are displayed properly
