Added a little note about using the MOVE, ROTATE, and SCALE tools in the scene view, as well as how rotations affect an actor in both global and local occurrences. Also added a screenshot of the toolbar to help readers understand what tools I'm referring to.
Sorry if it's a bit sloppily written, feel free to clean it up a bit and make it less cumbersome.
