create a helper to get the SeoMetadata decisions from child nodes

Especially the blocks have lots of childs. So it would be nice to not get the SeoMetadata properties from the parent document only. It would be nice to have helper/Extractor for those situations to loop through the childs and find a solution for the properties.

i guess we want to tag a release very soon, now that all the sitemap things work. is this a quickwin you plan to work on soon? otherwise i suggest we remove the milestone
