pretest_clean: get rid of hardcoded lists of globals, functions and so on

I propose to collect an initial state of tarantool (globals, packages, system spaces and so on) and restore it before a test. This will allow us to get rid of hardcoded lists of allowed globals, packages and so and will eliminate a need to update them each time we change something in tarantool.
