Thanks for reporting the issue 💪
I was able to reproduce it on version 13.2.0, 13.3.0. However, I couldn't reproduce it in versions 13.0.0, 12.3.9, 10.0.0. Therefore, this is a regression issue.
I will mark this issue as a sprint candidate 😄

Fixed via #19014 for 13.9.
