Missing the 'Permissions' menu item to change permission for a document

Bug summary

As an administrator, I should have permission to change the permissions for a document. Currently, there is no 'Permissions' item displayed when opening the action menu for a document

Had a quick look at this - I believe it's a missing feature rather than a bug. It exists in 13 but I don't see any implementation in 14+.

I had a chat with the team about this. From what I've understood this was consciously not implemented for 14+, so it's correct that it's not there. All this dialog did was allow you to set granular user permissions via the node. You can already do this via the user in the "Users" section (so it's the same data being updated, just from the opposite perspective).

Whilst there may be cases where it's easier to do this way around, it doesn't seem like it would add much value, and it seems a little out of place that you can access and update user permissions from outside the section where all other permissions are managed.

I'm not aware of others demanding it, so unless it does come up that there are good use cases to re-introduce, think we can close.
