This updates to the latest Umbraco.Code which, having had it's dependencies updated, allows us to upgrade some more.

I've also added a couple more related explicit dependencies, which allows us to avoid a couple of warnings we otherwise see in our Web.UI project, noted in dotnet/efcore#35143.
