[bug] res.reponseTime fails to be asserted in runner

When:

assert {
  res.responseTime: lt 200
}

It works fine when a request is run alone but fails when asserted in the runner with error : expected undefined to be a number or a date

Tests is also getting failed with Assert tab.

Response time check made in Assert and Tests tab is not working when collection runner is used. But it is working when request are sent alone.

this effect is present also in postscript, this both lines print a number when executed individually or using CLI, but when executed thru the runner they print null
