Support Option to Open Recently Opened Collections

Like how VSCode does it

I merged pr #1585 which hides this menu for windows and linux OS

The Electron recent documents API \ open file event only has support for macOS so hiding on other platforms for now.

Re-Opening this ticket as we need to figure out how to make this functionality available for WIndows, Linux
Many times, people forget the collection paths that they had earlier opened.

One approach is to keep a record of the recently opened collections (in electron-store), and show a modal in the UI for Windows / Linux
