Sorting collections alphabetically is not persisted across app startups

Possibly related to #1598

I'm on Bruno v1.9.0 @ macOS Sonoma.

Sorting in alphabetical order (either ascending or descending) and then restarting the app will revert the selection back to the default chronological sort order.

PS. Thanks for a super promising app, we're currently migrating to Bruno from Postman! 🍰
