This PR updates the dependency on the Watson Java SDK from v7.0.0 to v8.0.0.

Once this is merged, I'll release it as a feature release (v1.1.0).

My recollection is that we maintained support for Java 7 because of Android. How will it affect our supported version of Android if the Java SDK drops support for Java 7?

@mkistler yes, that is part of the reason we're still supporting Java 7, since there doesn't seem to be full support for Java 8 in Android yet. We still maintain that in the Java SDK though, so this shouldn't change anything regarding that.
