simple gibberlink speech code

how to use:

1. install Python 3.9.9 (only worked for me :P)
2. install pyaudio, ggwave (all require VS C++)
3. run the code in IDLE or shell
4. happy day (i guess)

commands:

to install pyaudio and ggwave:

py -3.9 -m pip install pyaudio
