UV Unwrapping Tips

Blender UV Unwrapping

  1. Add texture to model.
  2. For “Surface” texture type, choose “Image Texture” for “Color”
  3. Choose any image for this texture
  4. Split your view by dragging on the grab handle in upper-right of viewport (right above the + symbol)
  5. Switch one window to “UV/Image Editor” (use bottom-left menu to the left of “View”)

To be sorted

Press U to unwrap.
