Add the OpenShift API groups for whitelisted resources as well as the apps group for deployments to the security whitelist.

change LGTM for 3.6 but travis isnt happy

Add the OpenShift API groups for whitelisted resources as well as the
`apps` group for deployments to the security whitelist.
