Add image detail information modal to data table

Once a user selects an image from the data table a modal should open up displaying the image details.

Acceptance Criteria

The minimal information set that needs to be visible in the modal.

• Add drawer element that unfolds from the right side of the site layout.
• Pass the image information into the modal on click
