Update ImageSharp to version 1.0.4

If there's an existing issue for this PR then this fixes #10961

Description

This updates the ImageSharp reference from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4. This hotfix of ImageSharp fixes an issue with png images with .net6.0.
Since .net6.0 release is around the corner, I thought it would be good to update the reference in advance.

I missed that there is a reference to ImageSharp.Web (I am new to this project). Will create a follow up PR to update it to 1.0.4

ImageSharp.Web 1.0.4 also fixes a bug with the order in which the commands are processed, making our workarounds obsolete. PR #11349 removes these workarounds.
